The game of Lacrosse is incredibly demanding. You must be able to sprint, explode to the ball, change direction, pass, dodge, have stick skills and shoot all while maintaining these skills for a long duration. So, to improve your game you must develop your overall athleticism, including strength, speed, power and endurance. The best time to do this is during the off-season to help you prepare for the spring season.
Below are clinics that you can join in the off-season. It is appropriate for both high school and youth lacrosse players.
